Analisis Perilaku Pengguna Media Sosial Berdasarkan Jejak Digital dan Interaksi Jaringan: Pendekatan Konseptual Menggunakan Data Mining

Abstract


Abstract: Inggris Over the past decade, digital technologies have transformed platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from simple distribution tools into core infrastructures of modern communication. This shift has created interactive, algorithm-mediated spaces that influence credibility, legitimacy, and user behavior. Users now function as primary actors within digital networks, while digital traces—such as sentiment patterns and personality cues—reflect complex social processes that can be examined using computational methods like Explainable Ensemble Models. Earlier Systematic Literature Review (SLR) focused mainly on media institutions and overlooked user-level dynamics. This SLR shifts toward a user-centric approach grounded in digital footprints and network interactions, mapping trends in digital trace analytics, assessing computational methods against traditional approaches, and proposing a conceptual model linking algorithms, digital traces, and user behavior.
Abstrak: Dalam satu dekade terakhir, perkembangan teknologi digital telah mentransformasi platform seperti Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dari alat distribusi sederhana menjadi infrastruktur utama komunikasi modern. perubahan ini menciptakan ruang interaktif yang dimediasi algoritma dan berpengaruh terhadap kredibilitas, legitimasi, serta perilaku pengguna. Pengguna kini menjadi pelaku utama yang berinteraksi melalui jaringan digital, sementara jejak digital seperti pola sentimen dan sifat kepribadian terbukti mencerminkan proses sosial kompleks dan dapat dianalisis menggunakan metode komputasional seperti Explainable Ensemble Model. Artikel SLR sebelumnya berfokus pada institusi media dan belum menangkap kompleksitas perilaku pengguna. SLR ini mengalihkan fokus ke pendekatan user-sentris berbasis digital footprints dan network interactions, serta mengadopsi metode data-driven untuk memahami dinamika perilaku tersebut. Kontribusi penelitian ini mencakup pemetaan tren digital trace analytics, validasi pendekatan komputasional dibanding metode tradisional, dan pengembangan model konseptual yang menghubungkan algoritma, jejak digital, dan perilaku pengguna.
