SOFTWARE EDDY PARETO MEMPERMUDAH PESERTA DALAM MENGANALISIS DATA PADA PELATIHAN EPIDEMIOLOGIS

Abstract


Abstrak: Kegiatan epidemiologis tidak terlepas dari pengumpulan dan analisis data. Analisis data merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam proses epidemiologis. Salah satu teknik yang popular adalah menggunakan Diagram Pareto. Sebagai pelatihan yang berbasis epidemiologi, contohnya Pelatihan Manajemen Terapan (AMTC)), diagram Pareto menjadi salah satu pokok bahasan yang dipelajari peserta pelatihan ini. Masalah utama yang dihadapi peserta adalah banyak peserta yang tidak dapat membuat Diagram Pareto dengan cepat dan baik. Eddy Pareto dibuat untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Software ini terdiri dari 3 bagian utama: Data Matriks, Hasil Penghitungan, dan Kotak Diagram Pareto. Peserta pelatihan hanya tinggal mengisi data ke dalam Matriks Data, maka secara otomatis data akan dihitung dan ditampilkan pada Hasil Penghitungan. Peserta kemudian dapat mengurutkan data yang berada di kolom bertanda untuk kemudian secara otomatis diagram pareto akan muncul pada kotak Diagram Pareto. Kekurangan software ini adalah hanya dapat mengolah paling banyak 10 data dan tidak dapat digunakan pada perangkat computer selain Microsoft Office 2010. Namun demikian banyak peserta pelatihan yang merasakan manfaat dan menggunakannya selama pelatihan.

Abstract:  Epidemiological activities were more of collecting and analysing data. Analysing data was important part in Epidemiological process. One of analysis technique which is used in analysing data was Pareto Chart. As epidemiological based training course, e.g. Applied Management Training Course (AMTC), Pareto Chart was one of topic lessons in AMTC. The main problem in this lesson was many of participants couldn’t make Pareto Chart instantly. Eddy Pareto was built to solve it. This software was containing only 3 important parts e.g. Data Matrix, Counting Results, and Pareto Chart Box. Participants only filled data in Data Matrix, then data will be counted and written in Counting Results instantly. Participants also sorted data in specified column, and pareto chart will be drawn instantly in Pareto Chart Box. The lack of this software was only can be used for 10 data or less, and it couldn’t be used for another computer operating system. Otherwise, many course participants were helped by this software during the course
