STRATEGI MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN TERHADAP PROTOKOL KESEHATAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

Abstract

Abstrak: Covid 19 merupakan penyakit baru dan menjadi isu global dalam bidang kesehatan karena penyebarannya yang sangat cepat. Kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan sebuah kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan sehingga angka penyebaran covid 19 dapat ditekan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan yang dilakukan di STIKes Hafshawaty Pesantren Zainul Hasan pada mahasiswa semester satu sebanyak 50 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu pemberian informed consent dan pretest, penyuluhan tentang pentingnya mematuhi protokol kesehatan, pembagian leaflet dan masker gratis, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata kepatuhan mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukan kegiatan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menunjukkan perilaku patuh terhadap protokol kesehatan seperti cuci tangan, memakai masker dan menajga jarak. Perlu adanya penambahan media yang digunakan seperti media elektronik, atau berupa banner agar semua mahasiswa mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai protokol kesehatan dengan tepat.

Abstract: Covid 19 is a new disease and has become a global issue in the health sector because of its rapid spread. Public awareness of the importance of complying with health protocols set by the government is still lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to hold an activity to increase public compliance with health protocols so that the spread of Covid 19 can be reduced. Activities carried out in the form of counseling were carried out at STIKes Hafshawaty Pesantren Zainul Hasan to 50 first semester students. This activity was carried out in four stages, namely giving informed consent and pretest, counseling on the importance of complying with health protocols, distributing leaflets and free masks, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the evaluation show that the average score of student compliance has increased after the activity was carried out. The results of observations showed that students showed obedient behavior to health protocols such as washing hands, wearing masks and extending distance. There needs to be additional media used such as electronic media, or in the form of banners so that all students can easily get information about health protocols precisely.
