Perbandingan Kadar Tablet Parasetamol-Kafein Dengan Metode SSE dan Zero Crossing Dalam Pelarut NaOH dan Akuades

Abstract


Metode Simple Simultaneous Equation (SSE) dan Zero Crossing (ZC) pada spektrofotometri UV-Vis digunakan untuk menentukan kadar parasetamol dan kafein dalam tablet kombinasi dengan pelarut NaOH 0,1 N dan akuades. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kedua metode serta pengaruh pelarut terhadap hasil kadar. Penentuan panjang gelombang maksimum (λmaks) dilakukan pada 243 nm dan 273 nm untuk akuades, serta 257 nm dan 272 nm untuk NaOH 0,1 N. Hasil menunjukkan pelarut NaOH 0,1 N menghasilkan kadar parasetamol sebesar 100,9% dan kafein 99,7% pada metode SSE, sedangkan pada metode ZC kadar parasetamol 103,5% dan kafein 102,6%. Pada pelarut akuades, kadar parasetamol dan kafein berturut-turut sebesar 94,8% dan 97,0% dengan SSE serta 95,6% dan 97,4% dengan ZC. Metode ZC menghasilkan kadar lebih tinggi dibandingkan SSE, dan pelarut NaOH 0,1 N memberikan hasil kadar lebih besar dibandingkan akuades. Kedua metode menunjukkan linearitas tinggi (R² > 0,995) dan presisi baik (RSD < 2%), sehingga dapat digunakan untuk analisis simultan parasetamol dan kafein secara cepat dan ekonomis.
