Journal Management
Management of Journal of Community Empowerment is carried out by an editorial team consisting of editors-in-chief, editors, editorial board, and reviewers, in accordance with the applicable journal organizational structure. The editorial team is responsible for manuscript management, the implementation of the peer review process, the determination of editorial decisions, and the maintenance of quality and ethical standards of scientific publications.
The editor-in-chief coordinates the overall editorial process and ensures that each manuscript is processed in accordance with the journal's policies. The editorial board provides academic considerations in the development of journal quality, while the peer review partners conduct independent scientific assessments according to their areas of expertise.
Editorial Independence
The editorial decisions of Journal of Community Empowerment are based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological accuracy, academic contribution, and adherence to publication ethics. Decisions regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts are within the editor's authority based on the results of editorial evaluation.
