WORKSHOP DIGITAL MARKETING MANAJEMEN HAJI DAN UMROH IAIN METRO

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Kompetensi lulusan jurusan Manajemen Haji dan Umrah (MHU) IAIN Metro dituntut memiliki kemampuan mengelola organisasi dan usaha dibidang haji dan umrah. Salah satu kemampuan tersebut kaitan dengan promosi. Era digital menjadikan kegiatan promosi beralih ke dunia digital. Kemampuan mahasiswa MHU untuk membuat konten promosi digital belum terasah dengan maksimal, serta fitur Ads yang ada di media sosial belum banyak diketahui. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk membekali mahasiswa terkait kemampuan dan wawasan khususnya perihal digital marketing di era digitalisasi. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan pendampingan praktik pembuatan desain dan konten promosi. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi 2 sesi, sesi 1 untuk pemaparan materi, dan sesi 2 untuk praktik membuat desain dan konten promosi. Peserta merupakan mahasiswa jurusan MHU IAIN Metro semester 3-4. Selesai kegiatan, para peserta menjadi lebih paham dan bisa menggunakan fitur Ads di setiap media sosial, serta bisa membuat desain dan konten yang helpful, fun serta eye catching agar yang melihat konten tersebut menjadi tertarik untuk lebih mendalami produk atau jasa yang dipromosikan. Setelah kegiatan, para peserta lebih memahami bagaimana cara membuat desain yang menarik untuk promosi, dan paham akan fitur dari Ads dimedia sosial.

ABSTRACT

The digitalization era, which has brought many conveniences, has caused promotional activities to shift the trend. Prior to the digitalization era, promotional activities relied on print media; now, they are being phased out in favor of digital media, primarily through the use of social media. In addition to distribution media, attractive content design is now a major concern. Attractive and eye-catching designs are commonly used to entice visitors. To better equip its students, IAIN Metro's department of Hajj and Umrah management hosted a workshop titled "creating MHU students as agents of change in the digitalization era 5.0". The goal of this activity is to provide students with skills and insights, particularly in the area of digital marketing in the digitalization era. The activity is carried out through lectures and mentoring in the creation of designs and promotional content. The activity is divided into two sessions: one for material presentation and one for practice creating designs and promotional content. Participants are MHU IAIN Metro semesters 3-4 students. Following the activity, participants were more aware of and could use the Ads feature on all social media platforms, as well as create designs and content that were helpful, fun, and eye-catching, so that those who saw the content were interested in learning more about the product or service being promoted.
