Diseminasi teknologi inovasi bioreaktor termodifikasi untuk perbanyakan bibit anggrek secara klonal di DD Orchid Nursery , Batu, Jawa Timur

DD Orchid Nursery merupakan salah satu nursery anggrek besar yang berlokasi di Desa Dadaprejo, Kecamatan Junrejo, Kota Batu-Malang. Produk anggrek dari DD Orchid Nursery telah dikenal luas oleh masyarakat pecinta anggrek di Indonesia bahkan hingga internasional. Tingginya permintaan masyarakat terhadap tanaman hias anggrek yang memiliki karakter sama dengan induk perlu diimbangi dengan penerapan teknologi produksi terutama untuk perbanyakan anggrek klonal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendiseminasikan teknologi inovasi bioreaktor termodifikasi dengan sistem kincir sederhana guna meningkatkan produksi perbanyakan anggrek secara klonal kepada masyarakat sekitar dan petani plasma DD Orchid Nursery. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di tempat mitra DD Orchid Nursery yakni karyawan bagian produksi laboratorium yang memegang kendali terhadap kualitas bibit yang dihasilkan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa sosialiasi transfer teknologi bioreactor dan diseminasi dan praktik uji teknologi bioreactor. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan yakni adanya peningkatan transfer of knowledge dan transfer of skill yang diberikan oleh tim kepada masyarakat maupun petani plasma. Selain bertujuan untuk mengenalkan inovasi bioreaktor termodifikasi dan memberikan materi serta cara kerja bioreact, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan bisa memberikan sebuah inovasi baru kepada DD Orchid Nursery berupa bioreaktor yang telah dimodifikasi dengan harapan nantinya nursery ini dapat mengembangkan teknologi tersebut agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan bisa memproduksi anggrek klonal secara masal.

Abstract
DD Orchid Nursery is one of the big orchid nurseries located in Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City-Malang. Orchid products of DD Orchid Nursery have been popular in the national and international orchid communities. The high demand of identic orchid production in the market requires the implementation of technology to produce orchid seedlings using clonal propagation. This activity aimed to disseminate innovation of modified bioreactor technology using a simple pinwheel to increase clonal production of orchids for plasma farmers of DD Orchid and society. The target of community service activities at the DD Orchid Nursery partner site were employees of the laboratory production department who control the quality of the seedlings produced. Methods used in this activity were the socialization of bioreactor technology transfer and dissemination of bioreactor technology testing. The results of this activity contributed to the increased transfer of knowledge and skills for plasma farmers and society. In addition, this activity was conducted to introduce detailed information about modified bioreactor innovations, materials, and how bioreactors work. This activity was expected to provide DD Orchid Nursery and society innovation in orchid production. DD Orchid Nursery could increase orchid clonal seedling production to fulfill consumer demand by implementing this innovation.
