Abstract

Training in the field of 3D Modeling using Blender has been completed for students of Senior High School (SMA) Negeri 1 Kedungwuni, Pekalongan Regency. The purpose of this training is to provide participants with a basic understanding of how to use Blender design tools to create and design 3D object animations that can be expressed in realistic visual forms, including the size, texture, and shape of the item. This training approach consists of several practical phases that focus on the introduction of Blender 3D, fundamental ideas for 3D animation, design, and measurement, as well as frameworks and modeling, texturing, and visualization. A comprehensive study guide on 3D modeling is provided for students, who work in groups to create and design 3D object animations from start to finish. This helps them become more creative and understand what makes responsive design art visually appealing. The results of the questionnaire showed that there was an increase in student knowledge in the 3D object creation training activities. Before the training, the average student knowledge was 35% in understanding 3D design, then increased to an average of 90% in understanding loading 3D objects using blender software after being given training. It can be concluded that students are able to create simple 3D object modeling designs easily. However, of course, the duration of the training needs to be increased in the hope of providing more positive impacts in improving the soft skills of students of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwuni.
