Pendampingan balita risiko stunting dengan Kalender Edukasi Stunting Balita (Kalista) di Kelurahan Mulyorejo

Stunting adalah kondisi kekurangan gizi kronis pada anak usia 0-59 bulan, ditandai dengan tinggi badan di bawah -2 SD (stunting sedang dan berat) atau -3 SD (stunting berat). Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita tentang risiko stunting, kecukupan asupan makanan, dan pemilihan kelompok pangan yang lebih beragam untuk balita. Metode yang digunakan adalah secara langsung dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan berupa kunjungan rumah. Pengabdian Masyarakat melibatkan 12 balita berisiko stunting di Kelurahan Mulyorejo, dilaksanakan tiga kali seminggu selama Bulan Desember 2024. Tahapan meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, intervensi dan pendampingan, evaluasi, kontinuitas, dan pelaporan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan ibu balita dari 68,33 menjadi 81,67 uji statistik pengetahuan ibu balita menunjukkan nilai (sig. 2-tailed 0,023 < 0,05), dan skor keragaman pangan balita meningkat dari 41,67% menjadi 75%. Skor IDDS (Individual Dietary Diversity Score) menunjukkan mayoritas balita mengonsumsi pangan beragam, namun untuk rata-rata frekuensi konsumsi sayur dan buah menurun. Tingkat kecukupan energi, protein, dan karbohidrat mayoritas kurang, sedangkan lemak baik. Kesimpulannya pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dalam mencukupi dan menyediakan makanan beragam untuk balita.

Abstract
Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition in children aged 0-59 months, characterized by height below -2 SD (moderate and severe stunting) or -3 SD (severe stunting). The purpose of community service is to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about the risk of stunting, the adequacy of food intake, and the selection of more diverse food groups for toddlers. The method used is direct socialization and assistance in the form of home visits. Community service involved 12 toddlers at risk of stunting in Mulyorejo Village, held thrice a week during December 2024. Stages include preparation, socialization, intervention and assistance, evaluation, continuity, and reporting. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score of mothers of toddlers from 68.33 to 81.67. The statistical test of knowledge of mothers of toddlers showed a value (sig. 2-tailed 0.023 <0.05), and toddler food diversity scores increased from 41.67% to 75%. IDDS (Individual Dietary Diversity Score) scores showed the majority of toddlers consumed diverse foods, but the average frequency of vegetable and fruit consumption decreased. The adequacy level of energy, protein, and carbohydrates is mostly lacking, while fat is good. In conclusion, this community service can improve the knowledge and attitude of mothers in fulfilling and providing diverse foods for toddlers.
