Abstract

Abstract

SMP IT Mutiara Hati, Ngijo, Gunungpati, Semarang is an Islamic-based school, which is also combined with a tahfidz boarding school. The problem that emerged was that the reminder to enter the praying time was still guided by the adzan of other mosques around it, whereas as a school, the implementation of congregational praying times needed to be adjusted to the school schedule. Meanwhile, the implementation of prayers was also often disrupted due to the availability of water in the reservoir, because there was no automation of filling. These two main problems became the basis for this community service activity with the focus of the activity of procuring prayer time clocks (JWS) that were able to work automatically, were easy to control so that they could provide other information related to learning activities. Meanwhile, the problem of water availability in the reservoir was able to be solved through hybrid automation which guaranteed the filling of two water reservoirs with different elevations and sourced from one pump. This activity resulted that the availability of clean water being maintained and the students being easier to determine prayer times.
