Latihan Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (PHT) Lalat Buah (Bactrocera sp.) pada kelompok tani Tri Rejeki di Desa Bocek, Malang

Budidaya jeruk di Desa Bocek, Kabupaten Malang, menghadapi tantangan serius akibat serangan lalat buah (Bactrocera spp.) yang mencapai 30–60% dari total produksi sehingga menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi signifikan dan membuat ketergantungan tinggi pada pestisida kimia sehingga menyebabkan Resisten terhadap Hama. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam menerapkan prinsip Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (PHT) melalui teknik monitoring dan pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan. Peserta kegiatan adalah 17 petani jeruk yang tergabung dalam kelompok tani setempat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif yang meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung pembuatan serta pemasangan perangkap feromon. Evaluasi keberhasilan program dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta secara kuantitatif yang signifikan, dibuktikan dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata sebesar 8,54%, dari 85,46% pada pretest menjadi 94,01% pada posttest. Secara kualitatif, terjadi perubahan sikap positif dengan 90% peserta berkomitmen untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida serta berhasil menguasai keterampilan praktis dalam monitoring hama. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong adopsi praktik pertanian berkelanjutan di tingkat petani.

Abstract
Citrus cultivation in Bocek Village, Malang Regency, faces serious challenges due to fruit fly (Bactrocera spp.) attacks that reach 30–60% of total production, causing significant economic losses and creating a high dependence on chemical pesticides, leading to resistance to the targeted pests. This community service activity aims to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles through environmentally friendly monitoring and control techniques. Participants of the activity consisted of 17 citrus farmers who are members of the local farmer group. The method used is participatory training that includes interactive lectures, demonstrations, and direct practice in making and installing pheromone traps. Evaluation of the program's success is carried out through pretests and posttests to measure changes in knowledge. The results of the activity show a significant increase in participants' knowledge quantitatively, evidenced by an increase in the average score of 8.54%, from 85.46% in the pretest to 94.01% in the posttest. Qualitatively, there was a positive change in attitude with 90% of participants committing to reducing pesticide use and successfully mastering practical skills in pest monitoring. This training has proven effective in encouraging the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices at the farmer level.
