Pemberdayaan DKM melalui pendampingan desain dan gambar kerja renovasi fasilitas penunjang ibadah di Masjid Al Hidayah Jakarta Timur
Abstract

Abstract
Al Hidayah Mosque, located in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, serves as a center for worship and social activities with a growing number of congregants. However, its supporting facilities are not yet adequate, such as the absence of a canopy on the main staircase, the lack of ablution areas on the second floor, and the need for a secretariat and caretaker’s room. This condition prompted a community service program aimed at strengthening the capacity of the Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) in planning and preparing technical renovation documents in a more systematic and sustainable way. The program involved Al Hidayah Mosque DKM as the main partner with active participation from 10 core administrators and support from the local community. The implementation method included field observation, focus group discussions, preparation of architectural and technical drawings, 2D/3D visualizations, presentations, and technical training for DKM members. The results of the program produced complete renovation working drawings covering the ramp and canopy on the main staircase, secretariat and caretaker’s room, children’s playground, and additional ablution and toilet facilities on the second floor. Qualitatively, the program enhanced DKM’s understanding of the importance of technical drawings as renovation references, while quantitatively, the outputs included four packages of working drawings, one draft scientific article, one mass media publication, one registered copyright, and one activity video. This program provides practical solutions for improving mosque facilities and serves as a model of community empowerment through collaboration between academia and local partners.
