Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi sebagai upaya pencegahan perilaku seksual pada remaja di Kampung Skouw Sae Distrik Muara Tami tahun 2025

Masa remaja merupakan fase transisi yang rentan terhadap berbagai perilaku berisiko, termasuk perilaku seksual pranikah. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dapat mendorong remaja untuk melakukan aktivitas seksual tanpa pemahaman yang memadai mengenai risiko kesehatan dan sosial yang ditimbulkan. Edukasi reproduksi menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam pencegahan perilaku seksual berisiko. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran edukasi reproduksi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan mengurangi kecenderungan mereka terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan terstruktur. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan melakukan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dan kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat khusunya pada remaja . selanjutnya diadakan sesi penyuluhan melalui ceramah, diskusi terkait kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan ini di ikuti oleh 25 Remaja di Kampung Skouw Sae . Evaluasi dan pemantauan dilakukan secara berkala untuk menilai efektifitas kegiatan ini setelah serangkaian sesi penyuluhan, remaja menjadi lebih memahami pengertian, penyebab, dampak yang terjadi dan cara pencegahan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa edukasi reproduksi yang diberikan secara komprehensif sejak dini dan melalui pendekatan yang sesuai dengan usia, mampu meningkatkan kesadaran remaja dan menurunkan angka perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat. Dengan demikian penting bagi keluarga dan masyarakat untuk bersinergi dalam menyediakan edukasi reproduksi yang efektif bagi remaja

Abstract
Adolescence is a transitional phase that is vulnerable to various risky behviors, including premarital sexual behavior. Lack of knowledge about reproductive health can encourage adolescents to engage in sexual activity without adequate understanding of the health and social riska involved. Reproductive education is an important strategy ini preventing risky sexual behavior. This activity aims to evaluate the role of reproductive education in improving adolescents understanding of reproductive health and reducing their tendency towards risky sexual behavior. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the community empowerment method through counseling carried out with a participatory and structured approach. This activity begins with conducting an initial survey to identify the level of knowledge and health needs of the community, especially adolescents. Then a counseling session is held through lectures, discussions related to reproductive health. This activity was attended by 25 adolescents in skouw sae village. Evalution and monitoring are carried out periodically to assess the effectiveness of this activity after a seires of counseling session, adolescents become more aware of the meaning , causes, impacts thet occur and how to prevent it. The results show that reproductive education provided comprehensively from an early age and through an approach that is appropriate to age and culture, can increase adolescent awareness and reduce the number of unhealthy sexual behaviors. Thus, it is important for families and communities to work together to provide effective reproductive education for adolescents.
