Optimalisasi kesiapan fisik dan mental anggota paskibra melalui program pengabdian "Fresh Move": edukasi hidrasi dan gizi seimbang

Kebugaran fisik dan mental merupakan fondasi utama bagi anggota Pasukan Pengibar Bendera (Paskibra) dalam menjalankan tugasnya, mengingat kegiatan ini menuntut ketahanan fisik, konsentrasi tinggi, serta kedisiplinan yang konsisten. Namun, pemahaman para anggota Paskibra terkait pentingnya asupan nutrisi dan manajemen cairan tubuh masih sangat terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku hidup sehat pada anggota Paskibra melalui program "FRESH MOVE" (Fresh Mind, Optimum Vital Energy), yakni sebuah inisiatif edukasi berbasis interaksi yang berfokus pada gizi seimbang dan manajemen hidrasi. Program dilaksanakan melalui sesi edukasi interaktif, demonstrasi pangan sehat, dan pembinaan gaya hidup sehat bagi peserta. Penilaian efektivitas program dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan yang bermakna secara statistik (p<0,05), disertai perubahan positif pada asupan cairan dan konsumsi makanan bergizi. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang kesehatan fisik dan mental, yang diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan pola hidup lebih sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Keberlanjutan program perlu didukung melalui kolaborasi dengan pihak sekolah dalam mewujudkan "Paskibra Sehat" sebagai gerakan promosi kesehatan di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract
Physical and mental fitness are very important for improving the performance of Pasukan Pengibar Bendera (Paskibra) or Flag Hoisting Troop participants, as it requires physical endurance, concentration, and discipline. However, there are still many Paskibra members who do not understand the importance of nutrition and hygiene in enhancing their physical and mental well-being. This outreach to the general public aims to increase awareness, attitudes, and healthy behaviors among Paskibra members thru the "FRESH MOVE" (Fresh Mind, Optimum Vital Energy) program, which promotes education about nutrition and hygiene. This program is implemented thru interactive exercises, healthy food demonstrations, and fostering a healthy lifestyle among students. Pre-tests and post-tests are used in evaluation to measure how much the participants' knowledge has increased. As a result, there is a significant increase in the average knowledge score (p<0.05), as well as a positive change in minimum water intake and the consumption of nutritious food. This program is effective in enhancing participants’ knowledge about physical and mental well-being, which may subsequently contribute to a healthier lifestyle when applied in their daily lives. It is hoped that the program will be successful through collaboration with the school in establishing "Paskibra Sehat" as a means of promoting health in the school environment.
