Penguatan literasi hukum perlindungan anak melalui edukasi dispensasi kawin di Pulau Pari

Perkawinan anak dapat membatasi pemenuhan hak anak atas pendidikan, kesehatan, tumbuh kembang, dan perlindungan dalam pengambilan keputusan keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi hukum mengenai perlindungan anak dan dispensasi kawin kepada Kelompok Nelayan Perempuan Pulau Pari serta mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, penggunaan media, dan respons peserta. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Pulau Pari pada 10-12 Juni 2026, dengan kegiatan utama pada 11 Juni 2026. Sebanyak 31 peserta masyarakat mengikuti ceramah interaktif, dialog, pembahasan kasus hipotetik, tanya jawab, serta penggunaan bahan presentasi dan leaflet. Evaluasi kepuasan diikuti 30 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan frekuensi, persentase, dan rata-rata. Dari 240 kemungkinan jawaban diperoleh 239 jawaban valid. Sebanyak 60,7% jawaban termasuk sangat puas, 29,7% puas, dan 9,6% cukup puas. Gabungan kategori puas dan sangat puas mencapai 90,4%, dengan rata-rata 4,51 dari skala 5. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan penerimaan positif terhadap tema, materi, metode, penyajian, dan interaksi selama kegiatan. Media edukasi diterima oleh mitra untuk digunakan kembali dalam kegiatan kelompok dan komunikasi keluarga. Evaluasi ini menggambarkan kepuasan peserta dan belum mengukur perubahan pengetahuan atau perilaku.

Abstract
Child marriage can limit the fulfillment of children's rights to education, health, growth and development, and protection in family decision-making. This community service activity aimed to provide legal education on child protection and marriage dispensation to the Women Fishers Group of Pulau Pari, as well as to describe the implementation, media used, and participant responses. The activity was carried out on Pulau Pari from June 10-12, 2026, with the main activity on June 11, 2026. A total of 31 community participants took part in interactive lectures, dialogue, discussion of hypothetical cases, question-and-answer sessions, and the use of presentation materials and leaflets. The satisfaction evaluation was completed by 30 respondents and analyzed using frequency, percentage, and mean scores. Out of 240 possible responses, 239 valid responses were obtained. A total of 60.7% of responses were categorized as very satisfied, 29.7% as satisfied, and 9.6% as fairly satisfied. The combined categories of satisfied and very satisfied reached 90.4%, with an average score of 4.51 out of a scale of 5. These results indicate a positive reception of the theme, material, method, delivery, and interaction during the activity. The educational media were accepted by the partner for reuse in group activities and family communication. This evaluation describes participant satisfaction and does not yet measure changes in knowledge or behavior.
