Digitalisasi Pengelolaan gudang dan prioritas distribusi buku melalui penerapan warehouse management system terintegrasi MCDM pada mitra distributor buku
Abstract

Abstract
Manual logistics data management and distribution prioritization at a book warehouse partner still face challenges, namely subjective and unmeasured priority assessments. This community service program aimed to implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to support logistics management and book distribution prioritization. The program was carried out through problem identification, system implementation, training, and mentoring in the use of the WMS for the partner. The MCDM method combined the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine criteria weights and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to generate distribution priorities based on four criteria: Stock Fulfillment, Urgency, Contract Status, and Return History. Testing on 10 order scenarios showed that the system's recommendations agreed with the partner's historical manual decisions in 80% of cases, which is interpreted as a measure of consistency with the partner's existing practice rather than model accuracy. An evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with two users from the partner yielded an average score of 91.25, indicating a very good perceived usability in the excellent category. The WMS helped the partner manage logistics data and determine distribution priorities in a more consistent, transparent, and traceable manner based on clearly defined criteria. The program also has the potential to improve the partner's ability to use digital technology to support warehouse management and book distribution.
