FREE, if all authors are from international affiliates (outside Indonesia), or the first author is international and the second author and so on are Indonesian and the case study is international, not Indonesian; FREE, if Indonesian authors collaborate with two or more international authors (not Indonesian authors who are studying outside Indonesia). 300.000 IDR, if Indonesian authors collaborate with one international author (not Indonesian authors who are studying outside Indonesia). 500.000 IDR, if all authors are from Indonesia.
