PENGEMBANGAN KALENDER SEBAGAI MEDIA EDUKASI KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA
Abstract
Abstrak: Pendampingan ibu hamil yang baik bermanfaat mengurangi risiko pada kehamilan dan persalinan ibu. Media promosi kesehatan dalam bentuk kalender terbukti menjadi media promosi kesehatan yang efektif. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat untuk mengembangkan media kalender sebagai media promosi kesehatan ibu hamil dengan pendekatan keluarga. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah kader Posyandu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Klasaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan media promosi kesehatan ibu hamil berbentuk kalender, validasi instrumen, dan sosialisasi media promosi kesehatan pada kader kesehatan. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 28 orang, terdiri atas 20 orang perwakilan mitra dan 8 orang tim pengabdi. Dari 18 kader yang hadir, 12 (66%) kader mampu memahami penggunaan kalender dengan baik. Evaluasi pemanfaatan media kalender menggunakan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari USE Questionairre, dengan rentang penilaian 1 (sangat tidak setuju) hingga 7 (sangat setuju). Hasil rerata skor dari masing-masing indikator yang diukur adalah pada indikator kegunaan 6,854, indikator kemudahan dalam penggunaan 6,568, indikator kemudahan untuk dipelajari 6,563 dan indikator kepuasan 6,854. Disimpulkan bahwa media kalender layak digunakan sebagai media kesehatan ibu hamil dengan pendekatan keluarga.
Abstract: Good support for pregnant women is useful in reducing the risk of pregnancy and childbirth. Health promotion media in the form of calendars has proven to be an effective health promotion media. The purpose of community service activities is to develop calendar media as a medium for promoting the health of pregnant women with a family approach. The partners of this activity are Posyandu cadres in the Puskesmas Klasaman working area. The method used is the development of health promotion media for pregnant women in the form of a calendar, instrument validation, and socialization of health promotion media to health cadres. The activity was attended by 28 people, consisting of 20 partner representatives and 8 committee members. Of the 18 cadres who attended, 12 (66%) cadres were able to understand the use of the calendar well. The evaluation of the calendar media that has been made used the USE Questionnaire, with a rating range of 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). The average score of each indicator measured is the usability indicator 6.854, the ease of use indicator 6.568, the ease to learn indicator 6.563 and the satisfaction indicator 6.854. It was concluded that the calendar media was appropriate to be used as a health media for pregnant women with a family approach.
