Abstract: Currently, Indonesia is facing complex nutritional issues, where both deficiencies and excesses occur simultaneously. Data from the SSGI survey shows that the prevalent nutritional problems among Indonesian toddlers are stunting at 21.6%, underweight at 17.1%, wasting at 7.7%, and overweight at 3.5%. Research indicates that breastfeeding self-efficacy is a dominant factor influencing breastfeeding satisfaction, which can impact breastfeeding practices and, ultimately, infant and toddler nutrition. The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the skills of Health cadres in supporting breastfeeding mothers. The activity took place at the Dolo Community Health Center with the participation of 18 Health cadres. The methods used were socialization and practice. The results of the community service were obtained through the analysis of Pre-test and Post-test questionnaires, showing an increase in the health cadres' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. Before the intervention, only 3 out of 10 statements had a response rate of <50%, but after the intervention, more than 60% of respondents agreed with those statements. Moreover, there was an increase in the health cadres' support towards breastfeeding mothers, rising from 22.22% to 78%.
