Berkilau di Era Digital: Mengukir Sukses Ekonomi melalui Optimalisasi dan Digitalisasi Ragam Produk Batik

Abstract


Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) batik memegang peran krusial dalam pelestarian dan pembangunan masyarakat berkelanjutan. Desa Jarum, Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah, menjadi potensi penting bagi pertumbuhan UMKM batik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM antara lain, kurangnya organisasi dalam industri rumahan, keterbatasan keterampilan pemasaran masyarakat, kapasitas produksi produk konvensional yang terbatas, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai segmentasi pasar dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan. Tujuan pengabdian ini agar dapat meningkatkan hard skill mitra dalam membuat laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi dan website guna memperluas pasar sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan taraf perekonomian dan kesejahteraan mitra. Tujuan lainnya menciptakan sinergi antara tradisi batik dan inovasi bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan monitoring maupun kontroling. Proses evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre dan posttest selama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Mitra pengabdian ini kelompok POKDARWIS batik dengan anggota 30 orang. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, yaitu terciptanya program-program untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Hasil dari program, yaitu mayoritas 91,4% anggota sudah dapat memasarkan produknya melalui website untuk memperluas pasar, terciptanya komunitas ARUMCAWIRASA, sekitar 70,6% anggota sudah dapat membuat laporan keuangan terstruktur dengan menggunakan aplikasi.

Abstract: Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the preservation and development of sustainable communities. Jarum Village, Bayat District, Klaten Regency, Central Java, has significant potential for the growth of batik MSMEs. Problems faced by MSMEs include a lack of organization in home industries, limited marketing skills in the community, limited production capacity for conventional products, a lack of understanding of market segmentation and effective marketing strategies, and a lack of public knowledge regarding the preparation of financial reports. This service aims to improve partners' hard skills in making financial reports using applications and websites in order to expand the market and make a positive contribution to improving the economic level and welfare of partners. Another goal is to create a synergy between batik traditions and sustainable business innovation. The methods used include training, technical guidance, and monitoring and control assistance. The evaluation process is carried out using pre and post-tests during community service activities. This service partner is the POKDARWIS batik group with 30 members. The result of this service is the creation of programs to improve the community's economy. The results of the program are that the majority of 91,4% of members have been able to market their products via the website to expand the market, the creation of the ARUMCAWIRASA community, around 70,6% of members have been able to create structured financial reports using the application.
