PERBAIKAN KUALITAS HIDUP WARGA BINAAN SALEMBA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN SOFT SKILL DAN WIRAUSAHA
Abstract
Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan soft skill, motivasi dan kepercayaan diri warga binaan Ketika keluar dari Lapas Salemba Kelas II A Jakarta. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan ceramah tentang keterampilan wirausaha yang berfokus pada perencanaan keuangan, pemasaran, dan pengelolaan bisnis. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh Dosen Akuntansi yang bermitra dengan Asosiasi Dosen Akuntansi Indonesia (ADAI). Sebanyak 85 orang terpilih secara acak.setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakuakan evaluasi dengan cara pretest dan posttest atau sebelum dan sesudah pengabdian dilakukan. Studi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan kemampuan warga binaan meningkat sebanyak 80 % sebagai hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Untuk mempersiapkan warga binaan dengan kehidupan yang produktif dan bermakna setelah pembebasan, kurikulum rehabilitasi lembaga pemasyarakatan harus memasukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan keinginan untuk berintegrasi kembali ke masyarakat melalui program pembelajaran soft skill dan wirausaha.
Abstract: Dedication to this community is important to improve soft skills, motivation and self-confidence of citizens when leaving Lapas Salemba Class II A Jakarta. This method of dedication to society is a lecture on entrepreneurial skills that focuses on financial planning, marketing, and business management. This dedication is carried out by the Accounting Lecturer who is partnered with the Association of Accountancy Lecturers of Indonesia (ADAI). A total of 85 people were selected randomly. After performing public service activities, evaluations were conducted in the form of pre-test and post-test or before and after the service. Studies show that citizens' knowledge and abilities have increased by 80% as a result of dedication to this society. To prepare civilians for a productive and meaningful life after liberation, the rehabilitation curriculum of the institution must include increased confidence and a desire to reintegrate into society through soft skills and entrepreneurship learning programmes.
