EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM KEMITRAAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMBERDAYAAN PETERNAK MITRA AYAM BROILER DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS
Abstract
Abstrak: Industri ayam Broiler telah berkembang pesat di masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya pada wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Berbagai perusahaan industri peternakan turut berpartisipasi terhadap pengembangan sektor sosial ekonomi peternakan tersebut, salah satunya adalah PT. Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia melalui anak perusahaannya yakni PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari (CUL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, mengidentifikasi, dan menganalisis efektivitas serta dampak dari program kemitraan yang diimplementasikan PT. CUL terhadap pemberdayaan peternak mitra ayam Broiler di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan secara survei (purposive) terhadap peternak yang mengikuti program kemitraan dengan PT. CUL. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner (informasi, pengetahuan, pembinaan, problem solving, fasilitas, pemasaran, dan permodalan) kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kemitraan memiliki angka efektivitas yang tinggi (sangat efektif) yakni sebesar 86,24 ± 10,76 terhadap pemberdayaan peternak di Kabupaten Banyumas. Program kemitraan memiliki korelasi (hubungan) yang positif terhadap kemudahan mendapatkan informasi (sangat kuat), pengetahuan dan keterampilan (kuat), pembinaan berkelanjutan (kuat), penyelesaian masalah (kuat), penyediaan fasilitas (kuat), pemasaran (kuat), serta akses permodalan (kuat) bagi peternak mitra ayam Broiler di Kabupaten Banyumas.
Abstract: The broiler chicken industry has developed rapidly in Indonesian society, especially in the Banyumas Regency area, Central Java. Various livestock industry companies participate in the development of the socio-economic livestock sector, one of which is PT. Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia through its subsidiary, namely PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari (CUL). This research aims to describe, identify and analyze the effectiveness and impact of the partnership program implemented by PT. CUL towards empowering Broiler chicken farmer partners in Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted by survey (purposive) on breeders who took part in the partnership program with PT. CUL. Data obtained through questionnaires (information, knowledge, coaching, problem solving, facilities, marketing and capital) were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and Spearman Rank correlation. The research results show that the partnership program has a high effectiveness rate (very effective), namely 86.24 ± 10.76 for empowering livestock breeders in Banyumas Regency. The partnership program has a positive correlation (relationship) with ease of obtaining information (very strong), knowledge and skills (strong), continuous development (strong), problem solving (strong), provision of facilities (strong), marketing (strong), and access capital (strong) for Broiler chicken partner breeders in Banyumas Regency.
