PEMBERDAYAAN KADER KESEHATAN REMAJA MELALUI DIGITALISASI PEMANTAUAN JENTIK DAN PENDAMPINGAN PELAKSANAAN TRIAS USAHA KESEHATAN SEKOLAH
Abstract
Pelatihan pendidikan kesehatan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi efektif KKR dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata 13,8%, sedangkan pelatihan pelayanan kesehatan menghasilkan peningkatan keterampilan pemeriksaan fisik hingga 33,6%.
Abstract: This program was motivated by the lack of training and guidance for Youth Health Cadres (KKR), their low knowledge and skills, and the suboptimal management of the Trias School Health Efforts (UKS), including mosquito larvae inspection, which was still manual and irregular. The program aimed to empower KKR at SMAN 1 Tamban to optimize their roles in the Trias UKS using digital technology. Methods included socialization, training, workshops, and mentoring for 15 cadres. The results demonstrated significant improvements in KKR competencies. Evaluation through pre- and post-tests revealed a 19.6% increase in knowledge and a 96.6% improvement in skills for implementing the Trias UKS. The implementation of a web-based mosquito larvae monitoring application successfully replaced manual methods with 100% effectiveness. Health education training improved KKR's communication skills by an average of 13.8%, while health service training enhanced their physical examination skills by 33.6%. In the aspect of healthy environments, KKR’s ability increased by 13.9% after training in school environment management. Mentoring for the UKS program ensured that KKR could develop and execute the program with a 100% success rate. The program outputs included the Smart Larvae Risk Predictor application, digital health education media, and the publication of program results on various platforms. This initiative benefited the school and contributed to improving adolescent health in the region.
