Abstract: The high prevalence of early marriage in Indonesia had become a serious concern due to its impact on reproductive health and the future of adolescents. In Baiya Subdistrict, early marriage cases had fluctuated over the past three years, yet preventive efforts remained sectoral and unintegrated. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres and community groups in providing education for the prevention of early marriage through the development and implementation of an integrated educational module. The methods included lectures, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), participatory module development, and mentoring for educational practice. The activity involved 30 participants, consisting of 15 health cadres, 2 PKK members, 8 representatives from Wahana Visi Indonesia Foundation, and 5 health workers from Pantoloan Public Health Center. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test using questionnaires, as well as direct observation of the cadres’ ability to deliver health education. The results showed an 85% improvement in the cadres’ communication and education skills related to early marriage prevention. The educational module developed during this activity was actively implemented by the cadres in education sessions targeting adolescents and parents in their respective communities.
