PELATIHAN SISTEM PEMANTAUAN ENERGI CERDAS BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI IoT DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN
Abstract
Abstrak: Dalam rangka menjamin ketersediaan energi dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, penerapan energi bersih dan berkelanjutan (sustainable) adalah isu yang sangat penting. Manajemen penggunaan energi yang efisien harus diperkenalkan kepada generasi muda sedini mungkin. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai teknologi pemantauan energi pintar dan kesadaran mereka tentang efisiensi energi. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah penjelasan teori dan praktik perakitan sistem berbasiskan teknologi IoT. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa menengah kejuruan Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Karenanya, materi pelatihan ini sangat lah penting untuk mendukung bidang keahlian mereka dalam dunia kerja nantinya. Sistem evaluasi yang digunakan adalah survei dengan 11 pertanyaan dalam bentuk angket yang diisi oleh para peserta di akhir sesi pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, sekitar 89% peserta menyatakan "setuju" atau "sangat setuju" bahwa mereka senang dan berminat untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang teknologi sistem pemantauan energi cerdas berbasiskan IoT. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan tingkat kesadaran siswa menengah kejuruan mengenai efisiensi energi menggunakan sistem pemantauan energi pintar dapat meningkat sehingga mereka lebih siap menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0 pada dunia kerja nantinya.
Abstract: To ensure energy availability and maintain environmental sustainability, the implementation of clean and sustainable energy is a crucial issue. Efficient energy management must be introduced and educated to the younger generation at the earliest possible period. The objective of this activity is to enhance students' understanding of smart energy monitoring technology and their awareness of energy efficiency. The methods used in this activity are theoretical explanations and practical sessions on assembling IoT systems. The participants of this activity were students from the Electrical Power Installation Vocational Program. The evaluation system employed was a survey with 11 questions, which participants completed at the end of the training. Based on the evaluation results, approximately 89% of participants stated that they "agreed" or "strongly agreed" that they were pleased and interested in learning more about Smart Energy Monitoring System based on IoT technology. It is hoped that this training will increase the awareness of the students regarding energy efficiency using smart energy monitoring systems, thus better preparing them to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
