MENUJU IBU HAMIL SEHAT: EDUKASI DAN PENDAMPINGAN BERBASIS PANGAN LOKAL UNTUK PENCEGAHAN ANEMIA

Abstract


Abstrak: Secara global, prevalensi anemia pada kehamilan meningkat 29,9%. Diperkirakan di dunia 41,8% ibu hamil dan 30,2% tidak hamil menderita anemia. WHO memperkirakan anemia ibu hamil 14% di negara maju dan 51% di negara berkembang. Indonesia 84,6% anemia ibu hamil umur 15-24 tahun. Desa Jamburnauli 30 ibu hamil 2 anemia. Pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu hamil tentang pangan lokal, cara memilih, mengolah pangan lokal. Metodo kegiatan Pra Kegiatan, Persiapan, Pelaksanaan tahap pertama pretest, pemeriksaan HB, penyuluhan tentang anemia dan pangan lokal, demonstrasi cara memilih, menyajikan dan mengolah. Tahap kedua pendampingan cara memilih, menyajikan dan mengolah, Evaluasi mengisi posttest. Mitra kegiatan Desa Jamburnauli Kecamatan Tarutung, responden 30 orang, evaluasi pre dan posttest. Hasil posttest peningkatan pengetahuan mayoritas berpengetahuan baik 27 orang (90%), peningkatan HB ibu hamil HB 9,8gr% menjadi 11,2gr% dan HB 10,4gr% menjadi 12,7gr%.

Abstract: Globally, prevalence of anaemia in pregnancy increased by 29.9%. It is estimated that in the world 41.8% of pregnant women and 30.2% of non-pregnant women suffer from anaemia. WHO estimates that anaemia of pregnant women is 14% in developed countries and 51% in developing countries. Indonesia 84.6% of pregnant women aged 15-24 years are anaemic. Jamburnauli village 30 pregnant women 2 are anaemic. This service increases the knowledge and skills of pregnant women about local food, how to choose, process local food. Metodo activities Pre-activity, Preparation, Implementation of the first stage pretest, HB examination, counselling on anaemia and local food, demonstration of how to choose, serve and process. Second stage of assistance on how to choose, serve and process, Evaluation of filling posttest. Activity partners Jamburnauli Village Tarutung District, 30 respondents, pre and posttest evaluation. Posttest results increased knowledge of the majority of 27 people (90%), increased HB pregnant women HB 9.8gr% to 11.2gr% and HB 10.4gr% to 12.7gr%.
