Abstract

Abstract: Bullying remains a serious issue in schools and universities due to its impact on psychological well being, safety, and overall learning climate. The partner institution faces several challenges, including the absence of Islamic-based anti-bullying SOPs, limited early detection skills among educators, and a lack of reporting mechanisms and psychosocial support. This community service program aims to enhance educators’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills in preventing and managing bullying through Islamic-based Anti-Bullying Education Training. The methods consisted of interactive lectures, case discussions, and practical identification exercises, involving 66 participants across educational levels. Evaluation was conducted through pretest posttest assessments and participation monitoring. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ competencies, particularly in understanding bullying concepts, identifying risks, and applying Islamic values such as active sabr, adl, ihsan, and qaulun ma’ruf in intervention practices. The program strengthens educators’ capacity and promotes the development of safer, more empathetic, and humanistic educational environments.
