PARTICIPATORY APPRAISAL RURAL: ASUHAN KEBIDANAN BERKELANJUTAN SEBAGAI MODEL PENDAMPINGAN KELUARGA DALAM PELAYANAN KEBIDANAN
Abstract
Abstrak: Asuhan berkelanjutan dalam kebidanan menerapkan serangkaian kegiatan asuhan secara menyeluruh mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, pelayanan bayi baru lahir, neonatus, serta pelayanan nifas. Tingginya angka kemtian ibu dan bayi di Indonesia menjadi salah satu prioritas utama untuk segera mendapatkan penanganan. Salah satu indicator SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals) dalam faktor kesehatan adalah dengan menguragi AKI. Permasalahan yang diangkat sebagai program adalah adanya pengalaman negatif pada perempuan karena kurangnya kualitas interaksi antara bidan dengan perempuan, masih banyak keluarga yang belum paham pentingnya mendampingi istri pada saat hamil sampai nifas. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pendampingan ibu melalui metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendampingan keluarga selama 4 bulan. Tujuan pendampingan keluarga ini untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak sebagai kampanye gerakan hidup sehat kepada keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan keluarga dengan memberikan pelayanan secara komprehensif diantaranya dengan pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan, dukungan emosional dalam bentuk dorongan, pujian, kepastian, mendengarkan keluhan perempuan. Dari pendampingan keluarga dengan melakukan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan ini terjadi peningkatan keberdayaan keluarga rata rata sebanyak 80%, utamanya pada peningkatnya pengetahuan, keterampilan dari keluarga dalam memberikan asuhan sesuai dengan masa nya sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatannya.
Abstract:. Continuous care in midwifery implements a comprehensive range of care activities starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns, neonates and postpartum. The high mortality rate for mothers and babies in Indonesia is one of the top priorities for immediate treatment. One indicator of SDG's (Sustainable Development Goals) in health factors is to reduce MMR. The problem raised as a program is the existence of negative experiences in women due to the lack of quality interactions between midwives and women, there are still many families who do not understand the importance of accompanying their wives during pregnancy to childbirth. The solution offered was assistance for mothers through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with family assistance for 4 months. The purpose of this family assistance is to realize the health status of mothers and children as a campaign for a healthy life movement for families. Implementation of family mentoring activities by providing comprehensive services including health checks, counseling, emotional support in the form of encouragement, praise, assurance, listening to women's complaints. From family assistance by providing continuous midwifery care, there has been an increase in family empowerment on average by 80%, mainly in increasing knowledge, skills of families in providing care according to their period so as to improve their health status.
