Abstract: The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is evident in the increasing trend of delinquency cases. National data shows an upward trend in juvenile delinquency cases from 1,389 (2020) to 1,625 (2024). Children in conflict with the law in LPKA (Youth Correctional Institutions) show that 80-95% of the motivation for committing crimes is low self-control, bad friends, and impulsive behavior. The objective of this program is to enhance positive behavior, moral reinforcement, and self-skills through a metamorphosis program. The implementation methods include psychoeducation on positive thinking, morals and character, self-reflection journaling, and soft skills workshops on ecoprint tote bags. The activity partner is the Sungai Raya Class II LPKA, involving 30 youths aged 14-18 years old. The activity will be held on December 29-30, 2025. The activity was evaluated using pre-tests and post-tests to measure improvements in knowledge and self-skills. The results showed an overall increase of 4.8% in scores from the pre-test. The highest scores were in resilience to failure and satisfaction with new skills. This empowerment program provides new skills to the youth under supervision, thereby potentially reducing recidivism.
