PENINGKATAN KEPEDULIAN SOSIAL DAN SENSITIVITAS MORAL MASYARAKAT MELALUI PROGRAM UNGGAS BERGULIR BERBASIS PSIKOEDUKASI REFLEKTIF

Abstract


Permasalahan sosial di masyarakat mitra ditandai oleh menurunnya kepedulian sosial, sikap apatis, serta kecenderunganpembiaran terhadap perilaku merugikan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan melemahnya sensitivitas moral dan tanggung jawab kolektif warga. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kepedulian sosial dan sensitivitas moral melalui program unggas bergulir berbasis psikoedukasi reflektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi psikoedukasi reflektif, praktik perawatan unggas, donasi telur, serta diskusi kelompok. Mitra kegiatan adalah kelompok masyarakat yang terdiri dari 20 warga di salah satu Desa di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dengan durasi program empat minggu. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket skala kepedulian sosial dan sensitivitas moral pra dan pasca intervensi, observasi, serta refleksi kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor kepedulian sosial dan sensitivitas moral dari 3,89 menjadi 4,20 atau meningkat sekitar 7,97%. Secara kualitatif, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan empati, tanggung jawab sosial, serta komitmen berbagi secara kolektif. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis pengalaman psikologis berpotensi meningkatkan soft skills sosial masyarakat secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan.
