PEMBERDAYAAN REMAJA SEKOLAH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI MELALUI PROGRAM KIE DENGAN METODE PENYULUHAN INTERAKTIF
Abstract
Abstract: Adolescent reproductive health problems are still characterized by limited knowledge, embarrassment in asking questions, and low confidence in accessing accurate information. This community service aimed to improve students’ knowledge of reproductive health through a Communication, Information, and Education (CIE) program. The activity involved 40 students and was conducted through interactive counseling, discussion, question-and-answer sessions, pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire-based evaluation. The evaluation was based on returned responses. The results showed that the mean knowledge score increased from 91.0 to 98.0, or by 7.7%. A total of 65% of respondents improved their scores, 35% remained unchanged, and none showed a decrease. In addition, 79.2% of participants rated the activity as very good and 20.8% as good. The CIE program effectively improved adolescents’ knowledge, awareness, and comfort in understanding reproductive health.
