Evaluation used a pretest–posttest and interviews. The results showed that the average literacy score increased from 16.2 to 18.9; 85.7% of participants improved, exceeding the 75% success indicator; no participants were in the low category, and 85.4% were in the high category after training. In terms of technical competence, 90% of participants were able to write prompts, create animated videos, and perform editing, exceeding the 80% indicator. A total of 41 animated videos were successfully developed and are ready for use.
