UPAYA PENINGKATAN LAYANAN KONSULTASI KESEHATAN DENGAN TELEMEDICINE

Abstract


Abstrak: Sejak menyebarnya pandemi infeksi Covid-19 ke Indonesia maka dilakukan upaya pembatasan kegiatan di masyarakat termasuk pelayanan kesehatan. Dampak lain adalah keengganan masyarakat untuk keluar rumah karena disarankan tetap berada dirumah dan penurunan penghasilan karena melemahnya roda perekonomian. Kondisi diatas berpengaruh pada turunnya jumlah kunjungan pasien rumah sakit secara umum maupun khusus di Kucala Medical Center (KMC). Tujuan program pengabdian kemitraan ini untuk meningkatkan kunjungan pasien berupa pelayanan alternatif dengan memberikan konsultasi jarak jauh. Tahapan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah: tahab pertama dengan pemberian sarana komputer dan internet, tahab kedua dengan pelatihan admin dan dokter, tahab ketiga dengan sosialisasi layanan dengan webinar dan video promosi. Hasil analisis kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan minat masyarakat menunjukkan 63.8 % pasien sudah mengenal telemedicine, tetapi baru 27.7 % yang pernah menggunakan layanan. Setelah program pengabdian dilaksanakan disimpulkan bahwa telemedicine dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kunjungan KMC berdasar data kuesioner 88.9% masyarakat berminat untuk melakukan telemedicine.


Abstract:  Since the spread of COVID-19 pandemic to Indonesia, there were limitation of activity including health services. Another impact of the pandemic is the reluctance people to going out home decreased income due to weakening of economy. These conditions impact on patient quantity in general hospital and KMC clinic. Aim of the dedication community programs were to increase patient’s visit by develops the alternative types of services by providing long distance consultation. The steps activity of community services first provided computer and internet facility, second step was training for admin and doctors, thirst step was promotion with online webinar and video promotion. Results from questionnaire about knowledge and interest to telemedicine showed that people 63.8 %, respondent familiar with telemedicine but only 27.7 % had ever used the service. After the program concluded that telemedicine as an alternative for increased KMC visit according to questionnaire that 88.9% public were interested in doing telemedicine.
