Abstract : Post Tuberculosis (TB) patients are patients who have recovered from TB based on clinical symptoms and supporting examinations.. The problem that often occurs in post-TB is pulmonary sequelae (45.45%) which causes complaints of fatigue and weight loss which results in a decrease in quality of life. The condition of the houses being close together and the poor air circulation are also a problem after TB. These post-TB patients are more easily infected with Covid-19 and cause more severe lung damage. The city of Yogyakarta is one of the cities with a high number of post-TB patients at risk of Covid-19. Based on these problems, we plan to disseminate information to TB cadres 'Aisyiyah Yoyakarta City with lecture methods about post-TB with Covid-19, and respiratory training to improve quality of life. Evaluation of the success of this method with pretest and post-test evaluation for knowledge and practice of effective breathing in post-TB patients. The average pretest result with Kahoot before the material was 35, and the average post-test result was 75. This activity was carried out using the online method, considering the pandemic situation.
