PERANCANGAN IT BLUEPRINT SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KONSEP SMART VILLAGE
Abstract
Abstrak: Transformasi dalam pemerintahan desa telah menjadi sebuah keharusan dalam era digital ini. Dengan menerapkan pengembangan model enterprise arsitektur smart village, pemerintahan desa dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam pengembangan teknologi digital. Penerapan model enterprise arsitektur smart village ini membutuhkan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan terukur. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah pendekatan IT blueprint. Pada kegiatan abdimas ini, dilakukan pengembangan IT Blueprint pada desa Panjunan yang berada di kota Gresik. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemerintah desa Panjunan, serta bekerja sama dengan kecamatan Duduksampeyan. Desa ini dipilih karena desa ini sudah tergolong desa mandiri, sehingga untuk memajukan desanya diperlukan sebuah rencana dari pengembangan IT yang sesuai dengan kondisi desa saat ini. Pendekatan ini terdiri dari beberapa fase, yaitu Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, dan Technology Architecture. Setiap fase memiliki peranannya masing-masing dalam merancang sistem yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan adalah sebuah dokumen blueprint IT yang berisi rancangan pengembangan IT dari jangka pendek hingga jangka panjang. Dokumen blueprint juga disosialisasikan ke masyarakat dan perangkat desa untuk memberikan gambar serta feedback terkait dokumen tersebut. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 73,17% masyarakat desa Panjunan merasa blueprint IT ini akan membantu membangun desa secara berkelanjutan. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat ingin berkomitmen untuk mendukung pembangunan ini. Harapannya blueprint IT ini akan membantu pemerintah desa panjunan mengembangkan ekosistem digital secara keseluruhan dan terintegrasi.
Abstract: Transformation in village government has become a necessity in this digital era. By implementing the development of a smart village architecture enterprise model, village government can play a significant role in the development of digital technology. In this community service activity, an IT Blueprint was developed in Panjunan village in Gresik city. The partner in this activity is the Panjunan village government in collaboration with the Duduksampeyan sub-district. This village was chosen because this village is already classified as an independent village, to advance the village, a plan for IT development is needed that is in accordance with the current conditions of the village. The result of the activity is an IT blueprint document containing an IT development plan from the short to long term. The blueprint document was also socialized to the community and village officials to provide images and feedback related to the document. The evaluation results showed that 73.17% of the Panjunan village community felt that this IT blueprint would help build the village sustainably. These results also show that the community wants to commit to supporting this development. It is hoped that this IT blueprint will help the Panjunan village government develop a digital ecosystem as a whole and be integrated.
