BECAK LISTRIK MODULAR UNTUK MENDUKUNG NIAGA UMKM DAN WISATA KAMPUNG OASE
Abstract
Abstrak: Kampung Oase Suroboyo merupakan sebutan untuk Kampung Oase Ondomohen, Kampung Oase Songo, dan Kampung Oase Tembok Gede. Tiga Kampung Oase saling bekerjasama dalam mengelola wisata perkampungan. Namun terdapat kendala untuk melakukan sharing produk UMKM karena jarak antar kampung yang relatif jauh. Untuk itulah dari tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Telkom kampus Surabaya berupaya membantu dengan membuatkan kendaraan modular ramah lingkungan yang bertujuan meningkatkan penjualan UMKM sekaligus kerjasama Kampung Oase Suroboyo. Kendaraan mirip becak yang didesain dapat digunakan untuk berjualan serta mengangkut orang maupun barang. Pada kegiatan ini transfer teknologi yang diberikan berupa pelatihan penggunaan dan perawatan kendaraan listrik. Dengan menggunakan kendaraan modular listrik penjualan UMKM dapat meningkat sebesar 52%. Selain itu penggunaan teknologi ini juga mendukung tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan untuk energi bersih, peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan kehidupan di perkotaan.
Abstract: Kampung Oase Suroboyo refers to Kampung Oase Ondomohen, Kampung Oase Songo, and Kampung Oase Tembok Gede. These three Kampung Oase collaborate in managing village tourism. However, there are challenges in sharing UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products due to the relatively long distance between the villages. To address this, a community service team from Telkom University, Surabaya campus, has worked to assist by creating an eco-friendly modular vehicle aimed at improving UMKM sales and fostering collaboration among Kampung Oase Suroboyo. This vehicle, similar to a pedicab, is designed to be used for selling goods as well as transporting people and goods. The technology transfer in this initiative includes training on the use and maintenance of electric vehicles. By using the modular electric vehicle, UMKM sales have increased by 52%. Furthermore, this technology supports sustainable development goals related to clean energy, economic growth, and urban living improvements.
