PELATIHAN METODE IQRA’ UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QUR’AN ANAK MDTA: STUDI PENDAMPINGAN BERBASIS PRAKTIK
Abstract
Abstrak: Banyak siswa di MDTA Al-Firdaus Shautul Bilad yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an, terutama dalam pengenalan huruf hijaiyah dan tajwid dasar. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa melalui pelatihan metode Iqra’ bagi guru MDTA. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 3 guru dan 20 siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan tes kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, serta observasi langsung. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan membaca siswa, dengan 40% peningkatan dalam penguasaan huruf hijaiyah, 45% peningkatan dalam kelancaran membaca, dan 45% peningkatan pemahaman tajwid. Selain itu, 90% guru merasa lebih percaya diri mengajarkan Al-Qur’an menggunakan metode Iqra’.
Abstract: Many students in MDTA Al-Firdaus Shautul Bilad who experience difficulties in reading the Koran, especially in recognizing hijaiyah letters and basic tajwid. The aim of this service is to improve students' Al-Qur'an reading skills through method training Iqra' for MDTA teachers. The method used is mentoring. This activity involves 3 teachers And 20 students. Evaluation is carried out by testing the ability to read the Koran before and after training, as well as direct observation. The results of the service showed a significant increase in students' reading skills, with 40% increase in mastery of hijaiyah letters, 45% increase in reading fluency, And 45% increase in tajwid understanding. Besides that, 90% of teachers feel more confident teaching the Koran using the Iqra' method.
