Abstract: The transitional period from childhood to adulthood was called adolescence. At this stage, various kinds of changes occurred, such as physical, psychological, and social changes. This activity aimed to empower adolescents as an effort to improve their knowledge, attitudes, and skills in maintaining reproductive health. Lantojaya Village was a partner village of the DIII Midwifery Program at Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu in Poso. In Lantojaya Village, there were 284 adolescents divided into two age categories: the 10–14 age group included 67 boys and 69 girls, while the 15–19 age group included 78 boys and 70 girls. The implementation methods included pre-tests, lectures, Q&A sessions, educational games, training, and post-tests. The partners of this activity included Lantojaya Village, local schools, and approximately 18 adolescents. The evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests through questionnaires. The evaluation results showed a 54% increase in adolescents’ knowledge and skills related to reproductive health. Interactive education activities through games became one of the strategies used to improve adolescents’ knowledge and skills. It was therefore expected that schools would continue similar activities in the future.
