PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK TANI MELALUI INOVASI TEKNOLOGI HIDROPONIK IOT UNTUK KETAHANAN PANGAN BERKELANJUTAN
Abstract
Abstrak: Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Anggrek Asri menghadapi tantangan dalam budidaya pertanian lahan sempit akibat keterbatasan teknologi dan keterampilan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas anggota KWT melalui pelatihan sistem hidroponik berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup FGD, penyuluhan, workshop, dan pelatihan praktik dengan 21 peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta tentang hidroponik (dari 30% menjadi 95%) dan IoT (dari 15% menjadi 90%). Komitmen peserta untuk menerapkan teknologi meningkat dari 5% menjadi 80%. Kegiatan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan hardskill dan softskill peserta serta mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan dalam inovasi pertanian modern.
Abstract: The Anggrek Asri Women Farmers Group (KWT) faces challenges in small-scale farming due to limited technology and skills. This community service aimed to enhance members' capacity through training in Internet of Things (IoT)-based hydroponic systems to support sustainable food security. The methods included FGD, education sessions, workshops, and hands-on training with 21 participants. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests. Results showed significant improvement in participants’ knowledge of hydroponics (from 30% to 95%) and IoT (from 15% to 90%). Commitment to applying the technology increased from 5% to 80%. This program effectively enhanced participants’ hard and soft skills while empowering rural women in modern agricultural innovation.
