PEMBERDAYAAN IBU DALAM PERBAIKAN STATUS GIZI BALITA MELALUI EDUKASI MENU GIZI SEIMBANG BERBASIS E-MODUL
Abstract
Abstract: Nutritional problems among toddlers remain a pressing global challenge with serious consequences for health, growth, and overall quality of life. This community service program aimed to enhance maternal knowledge, practical skills, and independence in managing balanced nutrition for toddlers through e-module–based education. The activity involved 42 mothers of toddlers under the working area of Puskesmas Bugel, Tangerang City. Methods included interactive counseling and guided practice using the e-module, beginning with a pre-test, followed by education sessions, and ending with a post-test and evaluation. Results demonstrated substantial improvement: prior to the intervention, 88.1% of mothers were in the poor knowledge category, while after one day of education, 92.8% achieved the good category. This reflects an improvement of more than 80% in both soft and hard skills, highlighting the effectiveness of the interactive e-module in strengthening maternal capacity. Continued interventions with structured mentoring and routine monitoring are recommended to sustain behavioral change and support stunting prevention efforts.
