SEKOLAH TANDUR: TRANSFORMASI PETANI MILENIAL MENUJU PERTANIAN BERBASIS DIGITIAL

Abstract


Abstrak: Pengabdian Sekolah Tandur di Desa Parakan, Trenggalek dilaksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan softskill dan hardskill petani serta penyuluh dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital pada sektor pertanian. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital petani milenial dan penyuluh melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi e-TANDUR agar mampu menginput, memvalidasi, mengelola, serta menganalisis data pertanian secara lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan, dan praktik langsung dengan melibatkan 40 peserta yang terdiri dari petani, penyuluh, dan Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Trenggalek. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket dengan jumlah 20 pertanyaan berbasis skala Likert yang diolah menjadi persentase. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dengan capaian rata-rata yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, persepsi petani menunjukkan peningkatan drastis dari rata-rata 62,0%–71,0% menjadi 99,0%–100%. Sementara itu, penyuluh juga mengalami peningkatan dari 69,45%–76,00% menjadi 98,91%–100%. Peningkatan ini membuktikan bahwa program Sekolah Tandur berhasil mengatasi hambatan digital dan mengubah persepsi pasif menjadi adopsi teknologi yang positif di kalangan petani dan penyuluh di Trenggalek.

Abstract: The Tandur School Service Program in Parakan Village, Trenggalek was implemented as an effort to improve the soft skills and hard skills of farmers and extension workers in utilizing digital technology in the agricultural sector. The purpose of this activity was to improve the digital literacy of millennial farmers and extension workers through the use of the e-TANDUR application so that they are able to input, validate, manage, and analyze agricultural data more effectively. The methods used included socialization, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), training, and hands-on practice involving 40 participants consisting of farmers, extension workers, and the Trenggalek Regency Agriculture and Food Service. The evaluation was conducted through a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions based on a Likert scale, which were then processed into percentages. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in skills with significant average achievements. Based on the evaluation results, farmers' perceptions showed a drastic increase from an average of 62.0%–71.0% to 99.0%–100%. Meanwhile, extension workers also experienced an increase from 69.45%–76.00% to 98.91%–100%. This increase proves that the Tandur School program has succeeded in overcoming digital barriers and changing passive perceptions into positive technology adoption among farmers and extension workers in Trenggalek.
