UPAYA PENCEGAHAN DINI PREEKLAMPSIA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KOTA BANJARMASIN

Abstract


Abstrak: Preeklamsia merupakan kondisi kegawatdaruratan yang jika tidak ditangani, dapat membahayakan ibu dan janin, serta berlangsung hingga masa nifas. Tujuan pengabdaian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan dini. Metode kegiatan ini yaitu edukasi melalui keiatan penyuluhan dengan media powerpoint dan leafet. Peserta pada kegiatan ini 10 ibu Hamil. Evaluasi keberhasilan menggunakan soal pre-posttest degan jumlah soal 20. Hasil Pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan rata-rata nilai post-test ibu hamil berdasarkan tabel 1 yaitu 92%. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan rata-rata peningkatan nilai yaitu 8%. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya ibu hamil tentang preeklamsia dapat selalu dilaksanakan pada setiap kelas ibu hamil minimal 1x pertemuan dalam kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract: Preeclampsia is a medical emergency that, if left untreated, can endanger the mother and fetus and can persist into the postpartum period. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about early prevention of preeclampsia. This activity method is carried out in three stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This activity participated in 10 pregnant women. The results of this community service show an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women with an average post-test score of 92% according to Table 1. This indicates an increase in the average knowledge score of pregnant women with an average increase of 8%. Optimizing community knowledge, especially pregnant women, about preeclampsia can always be carried out in every class for pregnant women at least once in the activity.
