PENERAPAN MINDFULNESS AUDIO DIGITAL BINAURAL BEAT DAN RELAKSASI UNTUK PENINGKATAN MANAJEMEN EMOSI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PJOK

Abstract


Abstrak: Program kegiatan mindfulness berbasis audio digital binaural beat dan relaksasi diselenggarakan sebagai upaya peningkatan manajemen emosi dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan, khususnya dalam penguatan regulasi diri dan kesadaran penuh (Mindfulness) peserta didik. Kegiatan ini dilaksankan dengan menerapkan media berbasis Audio Digital Binaural Beat dan Relaksasi yang secara sistematis memandu praktik teknik STOP (Stop, Take a breath, Observe, Proceed) sebagai bentuk intervensi Mindfulness yang aplikatif, sederhana, dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh siswa. Peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMA kelas XII yang berjumlah 215 siswa. Proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan Instrumen angket manajemen emosi sebanyak 45 butir untuk menilai keberhasilan program yang dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, terjadi peningkatan manajemen emosi siswa sebelum 66,6% dan setelah diterapkan program ini sebesar 86,4%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa program mindfulness berbasis binaural beat efektif meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract: The mindfulness activity program based on digital audio binaural beats and relaxation was implemented as an effort to improve emotional management in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning. The program aimed to enhance the quality of Physical Education learning, particularly in strengthening students’ self-regulation and full awareness (mindfulness). This activity was carried out by applying digital audio–based binaural beat and relaxation media that systematically guided students through the STOP technique (Stop, Take a breath, Observe, Proceed) as an applicable, simple, and self-practice mindfulness intervention. The participants in this program were twelfth-grade senior high school students. The evaluation process was conducted using a 45-item emotional management questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the implemented program. Based on the evaluation results, there was an 86,4% improvement in students’ emotional management before 66,6% and after the implementation of the program. These findings demonstrate that the binaural beat–based mindfulness program is effective in enhancing students’ emotional regulation abilities in PJOK learning.
