Abstract: Inadequate access to clean water and the execution of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) adversely affect public health quality. This project seeks to enhance knowledge and habits related to PHBS through health education and interventions that facilitate access to clean water. Utilized methods encompassed lectures, interactive discussions, demonstrations of handwashing and toothbrushing techniques, and the establishment of supporting facilities. The participants were 154 pupils from three elementary schools, six teachers, and 16 neighborhood citizens. Assessment was performed utilizing pre- and post-tests to quantify advancements in knowledge and comprehension. Findings indicated that 90% of participants had enhanced understanding, while 80% of residents accurately responded to inquiries regarding hygiene initiatives. The findings demonstrate that integrated educational interventions effectively enhance PHBS literacy and community practices.
