INTEGRATING GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS PADA PCM LIMBUNG

Abstract


Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan Good Corporate Governance (GCG), literasi keuangan, dan strategi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan organisasi komunitas pada Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Limbung. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi tata kelola organisasi yang belum terdokumentasi secara sistematis, rendahnya literasi keuangan dalam perencanaan dan pelaporan, serta belum optimalnya strategi pengelolaan SDM. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif melalui penyuluhan, workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan yang melibatkan 28 pengurus dan kader. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan masing-masing 25 pertanyaan, observasi partisipatif, serta monitoring tindak lanjut selama 1–2 bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait prinsip GCG sebesar 35%, peningkatan kemampuan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana sebesar 40%, serta peningkatan kejelasan pembagian tugas dan komitmen kerja tim sebesar 30%. Selain itu, diperkenalkan model usaha produktif berupa bisnis emas dan budidaya rosella sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi komunitas.

Abstract: This community service activity aims to integrate Good Corporate Governance (GCG), financial literacy, and human resource (HR) strategies in strengthening the sustainability of community organizations at the Muhammadiyah Limbung Branch Leadership (PCM). The main problems of partners include organizational governance that has not been systematically documented, low financial literacy in planning and reporting, and suboptimal HR management strategies. The implementation method uses a collaborative approach through counseling, workshops, training, and mentoring involving 28 administrators and cadres. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests with 25 questions each, participatory observation, and follow-up monitoring for 1–2 months. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of GCG principles by 35%, an increase in the ability to prepare simple financial reports by 40%, and an increase in the clarity of task division and teamwork commitment by 30%. In addition, productive business models were introduced in the form of gold business and rosella cultivation as strategies to strengthen the community economy.
