MODEL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN, LITERASI KEUANGAN, MANAJEMEN DIRI, DAN PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH UNTUK ADAPTASI SOCIETY 5.0
Abstract
Abstract: Society 5.0 requires communities to strengthen adaptive capacity through knowledge, skills, economic resilience, and environmental awareness. This program aimed to improve partners' soft and hard skills through integrated tutoring, self-management, financial literacy, and compost production training. The activities consisted of pre-activity, implementation, and evaluation stages using observation, discussion, interactive lectures, simulation, practice, and mentoring. A total of 115 community participants were involved: 25 children in tutoring and 90 participants in three training programs, supported by 40 university students as facilitators. Evaluation used pre-tests and post-tests, practical observation, reflection sheets, attendance records, and questionnaires. The results showed increases of 27.2% in tutoring, 31.6% in self-management, 36.8% in financial literacy, and 40.0% in compost-making skills. The integrated model indicates that strengthening education, individual capacity, household economics, and environmental management can support community adaptation to Society 5.0.
