Abstract: Strengthening community-level microenterprises requires technical hard skills in product mapping, basic business legality, and micro-bookkeeping, alongside soft skills in business decision-making and action planning. This community service program aimed to strengthen microenterprise readiness based on local potential within the target community. The core activity was conducted on 15 July 2026 with 25 main partners who completed the program through the evaluation stage. Knowledge and skill transfer used a mixed method combining participatory training, short lectures, discussion, practical clinics, simulation, and a 30-day action plan. The mean score increased from 89.76 to 94.40. Twelve participants (48%) improved, eight (32%) remained unchanged, and five (20%) decreased; 24 of 25 participants (96%) achieved a post-test score of at least 80. The program produced initial working tools consisting of a product-mapping format, legality checklist, cashbook example, and action-plan template. The results indicate high final mastery, while follow-up evaluation should emphasize the quality of practical outputs and adoption of business practices.
