DIGITALISASI LAYANAN KESEHATAN SEKOLAH MELALUI PEMANFAATAN STUDENT HEALTH ELECTRONIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (SHEISys) UNTUK MENDUKUNG PENCATATAN DAN PEMANTAUAN KESEHATAN SISWA
Abstract
Abstract: School health data management still faces challenges of unstructured recording and limited use of data for health monitoring. This community service activity aimed to implement the Student Health Electronic Information System (SHEISys) to support digital student health recording and monitoring. The activity through socialization, training, practice, implementation, and assistance in four partner schools in Surakarta, involving four UKS managers and 58 students. UKS managers used SHEISys to record, store, retrieve, interpret, and report health screening results, while students accessed examination results through their personal accounts. Evaluation was based on observation, interviews, and data verification. The results showed that health data from 58 students were recorded, including good nutritional status (79.3%), normal blood pressure (87.9%), normal body temperature (82.8%), normal eye examination (91.3%), and normal ear examination (98.2%). Several health variables were recorded inconsistently, indicating the need for standardized data recording procedures. SHEISys supported digital student health recording and access to health information.
